If you’ve ever listened to AC/DC’s music, you’ve probably come across the song “Love At First Feel”. Now that song’s meaning is much more sinister than what we’re here to talk about today. However, I can tell you that after having felt these blankets, it truly was Love At First Feel. If you’ve never felt these Muslin Swaddles or any product like them, you haven’t lived.
My child is now 3 (going on 14), but there’s one thing he carries with him day in and day out. He still doesn’t go anywhere without his original swaddling blankets; he still even loves it when he gets new ones. They’re his “snuggies” and they’re his comfort when he doesn’t have mom or dad there with him. They’re his nighttime snuggling blankets and I swear they make a better pillow than an actual pillow.
In case you haven’t noticed, we love this product and we love it as a family. We loved them when we swaddled our child at night before bed (or before a nap) because we knew he could always breathe through the fabric. That’s an extremely important feature of these, as they not only keep your child wrapped up well, but they also help to ensure your babies’ safety. Another amazing thing about these is that they’re made of 100% organic cotton muslin. There are no chemicals, pesticides, or anything else used in their manufacturing process that will hurt your baby in the long run.
One of the other great things about these blankets is how soft they are. There is really no way to describe how soft these blankets are, especially when you first take them out and hand them to your child. What’s more, they survive hundreds of washes and the only casualty of washing is that they slowly shrink down (and yet somehow become softer). While that means you end up buying a few more every year or so, it doesn’t mean that the old ones become useless. We found ourselves using the older blankets as ones to carry in public and also to be used for messes at dinner (at home or in a restaurant). In any case, we have almost every blanket we’ve ever purchased in the near 4 years we’ve had a child.
Anyways, I’m sure you can tell we’re pretty over the moon about these blankets. I don’t think I need to tell you any more about them other than where to buy them. Check out the link below and go get yourself a set of these. The patterns are fairly unisex and trust me when I say that your child won’t care what’s on them once they feel them. You’ll also feel incredibly secure swaddling your baby in these, and I think we all know how important it is to have a little less stress in your life.
Thanks, and don’t forget to Smash, Crash, and Learn!
